Private, secluded, tropical, 1428 square foot cottage located across the street from famed Kaanapali Beach, about a three-minute walk. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, Toni's cottage sleeps up to 8 people! (6 adults maximum, + 2 children). This spacious cottage is a welcome delight to our many guests who appreciate the comfort of home in Hawaii compared to a hotel room or condo atmosphere!

Three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds, the other with two twins, and a large living room with incredibly comfortable futons allows sleeping up to eight people! A beautiful lanai allows viewing of incredible grounds and the infamous panoramic Hawaiian sunsets. While in Maui, our home is your home! THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME.

International Colony Club is the complex that hosts ten lush acres to 43 cottages, and is next to Kaanapali Golf Course, and is a perfect location close to great shopping and dining. It's a perfect location just 3 miles north of Old Lahaina Town and 1 miles north of Whaler's Village. The cottage is just a 30-second walk away from one of two beautiful swimming pools.

No Smoking inside the cottage, please.

Rates

The price is $205/night or $1400/week plus 11.42% HI tax.

Holiday rate from Dec 15-Jan 5 is $230/night.

A deposit of $300 is due within 7 days of booking to confirm reservations. $100 is for a non-refundable cleaning fee $200 will be applied to the total lodging costs.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Once the deposit is received, if reservations are cancelled outside of 90 days, there is a $50 fee and a one night stay plus tax, 60 - 31 days prior to arrival you will forfeit 1/2 of entire rental fee. Cancellations within 30 days, forfeit entire rental fee. There will also be an additional fee after departure if there is any excess cleaning, damages or missing items.
