Cleaning policy: The condition a guest room is left upon check-out can severely impact or even prohibit the ability to sell and/or occupy the room. If a guest refuses housekeeping during their stay or the room is left in a condition that requires excessive cleaning hours/additional staff a fee of $100 will be charged to guest's incidentals account. If the cleaning requires the room be kept off market for one day, the guest will be charged for that additional day at the net/net rate of the room occupied.
