The condo is located on the 3rd floor and has an unobstructed ocean view. It is side unit, so you will be protected from the wind. It is a non-smoking, Hawaiian style (no shoes) condo which has been newly re-decorated and accented with Hawaiian artwork and area rugs.

The master suite has a king-size bed with its own large bathroom. The second bedroom has been set up as a sitting room with a queen size hide-a-bed. There is a second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, with everything from an ice maker to a coffee grinder. There is an indoor dining area; however, most guests dine on the lanai from which many a whale and dolphin have been sighted.

The condominium complex has both a salt water pool and a fresh water pool as well as a private beach and cabana with showers. There are laundry facilities and BBQ grills for the guests and there is a convenience store on location. Parking is available close to the condo and there is an elevator for those heavy shopping days.

High Season Rate = $130/Night

Rates based on two people occupancy
extra charge for each additional person = $10/night

Not included in these rates are the Hawaii State tax of 11.25 and a one-time cleaning fee of $100. A deposit of $200 is needed to secure your reservation within 7 days. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy – 60 day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.
