Alice's Kona Hawaii Condo Rental

My vacation condo at Casa de Emdeko is located about 50 feet from the Pacific Ocean perfect for watching those spectacular Kona sunsets. It is the corner ground floor condo that you can see in the above picture. This is a large fully equipped 2 bedroom ( 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sofabed) 2 bathroom condo that will sleep a maximum of 6 people. It was newly carpeted throughout in Aprill 2001. There is also a large L-shaped patio(lanai). This unit is cooled by ceiling fans and ocean breezes.

The complex has an oceanside salt water and fresh water pools, gas grills overlooking the ocean, on site laundry facilities and a convenience store. You are walking distance to Kona (2 miles).

The rate is $145 per night year round. This rate is based on a maximum 4 people. For 5 or 6 people it is $10 per night per person extra. There is also a $ 100 cleaning fee plus Hawaii state tax.
